Patel Retail Limited announces book closure for its 19th Annual General Meeting As on : 15-Sep-26 17:41
Patel Retail Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the book closure period will commence on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and remain closed up to Wednesday, September 23, 2026, for the 19th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. (IST), with a cut-off date for remote e-voting eligibility set for Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
